Your tools don't talk to each other. Kordn does.

02 The ProblemKordn OS · Pre-Seed
In April, a paying customer's orders dropped 15%. Here's what their tools didn't tell them.

Fitizen runs Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Ads, and QuickBooks. Each tool reported its own slice: email opens softening, one SKU converting poorly, a purchase order pending.

No tool connected them — because the signal lived between the tools, and the only integration layer was the owner.

12+ SaaS tools run by the average SMB. The owner is the only thing connecting them — and the owner is the most expensive, most distracted component in the stack.
Owner Shopify orders ↓ 15% Klaviyo returning opens ↓ Google Ads one SKU converting poorly QuickBooks PO pending Every line runs through the owner. None run between the tools.
03 The InsightKordn OS · Pre-Seed

Everyone is building AI to replace your tools. We built the layer that makes them work together.

Approach 01 — Replace

One "AI platform" that does everything

ShopifyKlaviyoQuickBooks
Rip out the stack that already works
Approach 02 — Coordinate

Kordn: the layer between them

Shopify Klaviyo QuickBooks
Keep every tool — Kordn coordinates across them

Shopify will never build one store owner's custom stylist-incentive system. QuickBooks will never learn how your team decides. The coordination layer has to be neutral, cross-tool, and shaped by each business's own way of working.

04 ProofKordn OS · Pre-Seed

This is what coordination looks like in production.

Shopify Orders down 15% Email Agent Returning-customer opens dropping Ads Agent One SKU converting poorly — tight-fit jeans P&L Agent PO pending for that same SKU Kordn's synthesis Dying trend — don't reorder PO CANCELLED $50,000 dead inventory avoided

No single-point tool could have caught this. Revealbot sees ads. Klaviyo sees email. QuickBooks sees the PO.
Only the layer between them sees the pattern.

The agents are the surface. The harness is the product.

From discovery conversation to live agents — no engineer involved.

1

Discovery chat with Kordn

A conversation about how the business actually decides — no forms, no spec doc.

2

Agent Wizard — connect & configure

Connect the tools, configure the agents. Configuration, not code.

3

Live KordnOS

Agents run against the real stack, with shared memory from day one.

4

Anchor trace of a real action

Every action carries provenance — the first thing that builds trust.

Every customer since brand #3 was onboarded through this exact flow — configuration, not engineering.

One harness. Two motions.

Motion 1 — Verticals we run ourselves

Ecommerce

LIVE

7 brands, $2,700 MRR, self-serve onboarding through the Agent Wizard. Richest cross-tool surface: Shopify + Klaviyo + Ads + P&L.

Salon & Beauty

Triniti Salon (one of the best in North Carolina) as design partner. Their battle-tested workflows become the vertical's self-serve template — same playbook as ecommerce.

Our coordination infrastructure

This tests the bigger thesis: developers building on the harness — Kordn as infrastructure, not just application.

The Agent Wizard makes each new vertical a configuration exercise, not an engineering project — Triniti's custom agents were configured, not coded.

How the machine cranks: next 50 customers through three channels we already have.

Agency
partnerships

One agency placed us into their book and generated our entire customer base — agencies want Kordn because it does the monitoring they can't staff. Now formalized: a 25/75 revenue partnership with an AI-native agency. Scales without salespeople.

Vertical design
partners

Alejandro (Triniti) hosts workshops for salon owners in NC; his configured workflows become the vertical's self-serve template. Same model per vertical: one respected operator, one battle-tested template, then self-serve.

Direct pipeline

50 qualified prospects ($5–25M revenue) in the US with 1st / 2nd-degree paths in, led by Jon (BD, US).

The longer Kordn runs, the more expensive it is to leave.

01

Compounding knowledge

Kordn's memory of how your business decides — decision traces from every team member — cannot be exported to a competitor. The switching cost is the accumulated judgment.

02

Unownable seams

Shopify, Intuit, and Klaviyo all ship AI — inside their own walls. None will build Triniti's stylist-incentive system or Fitizen's unique vendor system. Idiosyncrasy is structurally outside every platform's roadmap.

03

Anchor

Provenance on every agent action — trust infrastructure built from production scar tissue, and the hardest part of the harness to replicate.

We've spent eight years together building & learning
why coordination fails, the hard way.

2018–22

Hydrop · $1.5M exit

Bootstrapped India's first two-sided marketplace for harvested and recycled water. Exited to a strategic buyer after politically connected Local Water Mafia made continuing untenable.

We learned what happens when a stakeholder you don't control decides you shouldn't exist.
2023–25

Atlantis (Non Profit) · 50+ countries

Coordination platform for impact capital. We partnered with Mercy Corps and, in 2024, were presented to the U.S. Senate by the Crypto Council for Innovation as a standout blockchain use case. Wound down when USAID's dismantling collapsed the funding sector.

We learned that a venture is only as durable as its weakest dependency.

Kordn OS · 7 brands paying

The same coordination thesis but in a market where the customer pays and the technology finally works.

Kordn is built so neither lesson can happen to our customers. No single stakeholder veto, no fragile dependency.

Why now

This company was impossible in 2023.
It's inevitable by 2028.

Shopify, Klaviyo, and Intuit all shipped agents inside their own walls in the last 12 months. The cross-vendor seam is open now. It won't be unclaimed in 24 months.
